At Dogaholic Grooming Academy, we offer both professional grooming services and student grooming at a reduced cost.

All grooming takes place in our Hucknall salon and is carried out in a calm, safe and professional environment.

Professional
Grooming Prices

Professional grooming is carried out by our fully qualified and experienced groomers.

All grooms include:

  • Bath and blow dry
  • Full groom and styling
  • Nail trim
  • Ear cleaning and/or plucking (if required)
  • Anal gland expression (on request)

Prices are based on breed, coat condition and temperament, and assume regular grooming every 6–8 weeks.

Student
Grooming Prices

Student grooming is carried out by trainees under the supervision of a qualified groomer.

This is offered at a reduced cost and is ideal for dogs that are regularly groomed and comfortable in a salon environment.

Please note:

  • Grooms will take longer than professional appointments
  • Dogs must be on a regular grooming schedule (6–10 weeks
  • All work is supervised to ensure safety and quality

What Affects the Price?

All prices are a guide and may vary depending on:

  • Breed and size of dog
  • Coat condition
  • Behaviour and temperament
  • Time since last groom

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Overgrown coats
  • De-matting (charged based on time required)

Bath & Dry

Bath, dry and nail trims are available as a standalone service.

Nail Trimming

Available for dogs and small animals (e.g. guinea pigs).

Puppy Introduction

We offer a free puppy introduction for dogs up to 4 months old.

Includes:

  • Bath and dry
  • Nail trim
  • Face and paw tidy

All puppies must be fully vaccinated before attending.

Canine Teeth Cleaning (Emmi-pet)

Initial clean (60 minutes): £35

Maintenance clean (within 3 months): £25

Maintenance clean (over 3 months): £32

Replacement toothbrush head: £8

Important Information

  • Prices are based on dogs being groomed on a regular schedule
  • An additional charge may apply if your dog is overgrown
  • De-matting is charged at £10 per 15 minutes where required
  • Standard appointments are approximately 2 hours (longer for larger breeds)
  • Fleas: If your dog is found to have fleas, the groom will be stopped and a £15 treatment charge plus part of the groom cost will apply
